In the privacy of the exhibition, in small groups:
Discover the history, the virtues, the preparation and the sensory universe of this famous Japanese green tea.
The workshop will teach you, among other things, how to prepare, choose and integrate matcha into your daily life.
You will leave with hot, cold, culinary and cosmetic matcha recipes.
Location: The stables of Waterloo
Time: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
